This allows her to lead transformative change that results in long-term sustainability and financial and operational growth.She was the Head of Mission for Handicap International in Lebanon from 2010 to 2016.Previously, she held management positions with Save the Children Sweden and the Social Movement between 2000 and 2010.Tamam possesses significant technical expertise in organizational development, active citizenship, youth engagement, inclusive local development, children's rights, the inclusion and rights of persons with disabilities, and advocacy and mobilization campaigns for civil society organizations.
