ANND is seeking an external consultant to undertake an inception and diagnostic assessment that will provide the evidence base and strategic framing needed before proceeding to the detailed design and operationalization of the hybrid model. Any subsequent phase—including development of tools and templates, detailed operational procedures, coaching, piloting, and implementation support—will be addressed separately at a later stage.
