This section features the shadow reports prepared by ANND and its civil society partners as independent contributions to the Voluntary National Review (VNR) process. These reports provide a critical, rights-based assessment of how governments in the Arab region are implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with particular focus on social justice, civic space, and inclusive development. By presenting alternative data and community perspectives, these reports aim to hold governments accountable and ensure that no one is left behind in the 2030 Agenda.
