Brief : PhD in Private Law from Paris 2-Assas University in 2009, Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Political and Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University. She was appointed Professor at the Faculty of Law at the Lebanese University in 2023. She has taught several subjects related to civil and commercial law, financial and banking operations, and human rights. Her research interests focus on transformations in legal systems such as corporate social responsibility, new sources of the legal rule and mechanisms for its activation, and the culture of law. She has published several research papers and articles on these topics. Visiting professor as a researcher at the University of Grenoble Alpes - France in 2019 and 2020, at the University of Montreal - Canada in 2024, and as a faculty member at Sultan Qaboos University in Oman in the academic year 2022-2023. Member of the Association of Women Researchers since 2011 and former Secretary-General of the Association, and member of the CEDREF Center for Gender Studies at the University of Paris since 2018.
