Brief : Houcine Rhili is a specialist in development and resource management, he is a director at a private company and teaches at the Faculty of Sciences in Tunis. He has also taught at the Higher Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technologies in Borj Cedria and the National School of Engineers in Gabès.
