Brief : Farouk studied law at the Lebanese University and received a Master's degree in private law from la Sagesse University. He worked as an Investigator with the Fact-Finding Mission in Libya. He is the Legal representative of the vulnerable foreign worker group of victims of the Beirut Port Explosion. Farouk is the Former Senior Advisor to the Human Rights Minister of Lebanon. He has been working as a lawyer for almost 15 years on a variety of cases and areas and he is a Human Rights activist. Mr. Moghrabi is also the Co-Founder of the Lebanese Lawyers Committee defending Protestors since 2015.
