Webinar: The Second Regional Dialogue on Social Development Challenges and Priorities

As we approach the Second World Summit for Social Development (WSSII), which will take place in Qatar from 4 to 6 November 2025, and within the framework of the regional consultations organized by the Arab NGO Network for Development (ANND), we are pleased to invite you to the second regional dialogue webinar on social development challenges and priorities and to discuss the draft background paper currently under preparation.
This webinar will provide an opportunity to highlight the global and regional context and review the key developments since the 1995 Copenhagen Summit, while also addressing commitments and emerging issues on today’s social development agenda. It will further explore the role of civic space and civil society in advancing rights and social development, followed by an open interactive discussion with participants to share inputs and recommendations.
