The project “Arab Voices for Progressive Financing for Development”; seeks to engage Arab civil society actors and stakeholders in shaping financing for development policies in order to protect communities from debt crises, advocate for progressive taxation, and promote social justice throughout the region.
In addition to exploring debt by addressing essential questions regarding its nature, significance, determinants, and ownership within the Arab region, the project aims to establish clear links between debt and tax policies, emphasizing the crucial role of taxation in resource mobilization, redistribution, and accountability.
