Civil Society Platform on Agenda 2030
Advancing rights-based, inclusive and accountable sustainable development in the Arab region.
The Civil Society Platform on Agenda 2030 is a regional knowledge and advocacy platform developed by the Arab NGO Network for Development (ANND). It brings together civil society analysis, national experiences, policy positions, events, and practical resources related to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development across the Arab region.
The platform approaches sustainable development from a human rights and social justice perspective. It highlights key regional challenges, including inequality, poverty, conflict, shrinking civic space, climate change, debt, and unequal access to public services and economic opportunities.
Through regional dialogue, research, capacity development, and collective advocacy, the platform supports civil society organizations in monitoring progress, engaging with national and international processes, and promoting development policies that place people, rights, equality, and environmental sustainability at their centre.
